My office phone (voip-647-64xxxx) and call from my bank (1-877-xxx) always directly go to my voice mail, never have a chance to pickup. If I used fongo or another cellular to call myself at the same location. It rings fine. All SMS/TEXT in /out are fine too. Any idea? My phone # is 416-8xxxx...

Have you tried starting your phone in safe mode? Sometimes 3rd party apps cause issues
when your phone is off
Have one of those numbers call you and test if it rings

I did not set any blocking on my phone and double check no blocking.

Try calling Reince from that phone to you phone. Maybe you have some sort of call blocking?
Try sim in another phone. Should isolate phone setting vs account issue

If all else seems to be working fine then it is probably a provisioning problem. Contact the MODs and give them the numbers that aren't working.
