Call forwarding - to USA number

I will be in USA for a couple of weeks and I would like to forward my public mobile phone calls to a USA number. It does not seem to be working. I am on a $50 plan and have an unlimited calling to USA. In addition to this, I have an add-on for long distance calls.

Any feedback? Can this be done?

I know that I can buy a roaming add-on but that is not what I am trying to do.

The unlimited calling to USA and long distance calls won't work if you are in USA. If you want to make call or text in USA you have add on USA 10 days roaming or you may buy local Sim card in USA.

Unfortunately, this is not possible, with or without add-ons.
