Where are you located? It would be helpful to know if this is just a local problem or some system-wide glitch.
I am currently in BC and we are experiencing a bomb cyclone. So far, no drop calls for me.

it is a common problem in the last couple days
try reboot the phone, try Reset network settings and try your sim in another phone
if same, submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

@Justin221 Are you a new customer or have been a customer for a while and this suddenly started happening? What phone do you have?
