Call drops after 15min

Calls drop after 15min of talk no matter who the person I am talking to is. I was suggested to request a new sim from the company. I have not changed my sim for about a decade

How to resolve?

can you try the sim in a different cellphone to see if the phone is the culprit or the sim.

@tdpdhh  Not the best solution but try your phone set to 3G and see if that helps with voice . Be best if you know if your phone /account has voLTE and it should improve things . But I have voLTE and deal with many dropped callls too . I just live with it because of the low cost plans

Is this new? Does it happen wherever location you are at? That should have nothing to do with the Sim card. I also have one for about 6 years. You can always purchase new ones if you want. It is $10. 

Do you have another phone you can put your sim card into and talk for 15+ to see if issue still persists?
