Call Logs Downloading Not Responding

I’m trying to download the call logs for 03/29/2026–04/29/2026, but the system is not allowing me to download them. When I click the download button, nothing happens and the pop-up does not appear.

it helps to try using a different browser.  And try to download all log and filter later.  the filter itself has some problems on and off

when you have trouble downloading some part of the log, a better way is to download everything without filtering

also, try both app and browser
