Well I thought I post this here… I recently post a request for my call history on my account .I contacted the privacy department directly via email as been told. Got a call from an agent she left a voice mail asking me to call her back (she needed more detail) but she left NO number for me to call. So I had to re-send request via email …later I find out that PM are unable to provide call historybeyond the 90 days and she also told me she will provide history for that period (90 days ) but the phone numbers would NOT be showing. What a heck whats the purpose of that?I was looking for a certain number I called that was mistaken deleted from my phone. Cmon. What a useless….

Again, you can message them and ask them to escalate, but unless you have a strong reason, like a legal one or proper request from police, for PM to provide you more details than that is shown on the payment history or beyond 90 days, usually PM won't be able to accommodate that
