Hello! I broke my screen, and I need to have my calls and texts forwarded while I get my screen fixed, which will take a few days. I found the article on how to forward calls, but I would have to be able to use my screen to dial the codes. Surely there's another way to forward calls and texts from My Account? Does anyone know a different method?

If you are unable to put the SIM in another phone temporarily to change your forwarding, you can also call into your voicemail occasionally from another phone to check for messages. You could also change your announcement message to just tell callers the alternate number to reach you at.

@EBoone unfortunately there is no other way other than using your phone.
However, the call forwarding feature has been broken for a few years now so even if your screen was fine, it probably wouldn't work either way.
There is no guarantee that it would have worked. Some people do and some people don't.

can you use your PM sim in another phone and setup the forwarding there.
