I turned on call forwarding temporarily to a secondary number. Now it won't deactivate.
All to no avail. My calls still go to my secondary number.
Is this something that needs to be fixed on the network end? Perhaps they can toggle on and off my call forwarding?

ask PM to help to clear all the forwarding. They cannot help to enable forward, but they can help to cancel forwarding. Since there is problem to open preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:

hi @dbi987
I don't think ##002# is the right one
should be #004# for disabling all. If that does not work, try dialing them individually: #61#, #62#, and #67#
or check this page for further help: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/call-forwarding

Which settings are you referring to? Call forwarding comes with our plans so I don’t see it as an add on that I can remove and re-add.

To reset all call forwarding on Public Mobile, dial ##004#

Did you try to go through PM settings?
