Unable to do a Number Transfer from Public mobile to Rogers

I am trying to do transfer of my mobile number from Public mobile to Rogers

In this process there is a message that i need to receive from public mobile to answer yes or no, however i am not receiving that message

please advise

@VK39 Please ensure that your Public Mobile subscription is active. Only then you will receive the text shortly after initiating port in request from Rogers.

Reboot the phone and check if the message comes

If no message, Call Rogers to ask them to re-trigger the port request.  Wait another hour and if still no message , ask PM to check by message , you will need to message them here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
