Paid my service but the number I ported over is now on a different account  that I don’t have access to and now my ported number doesn’t have service? Soo frustrating

you have multiple accounts and got mixed up with the porting?

ask PM to help.   Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:
