I have just subscribed e-sim and unable to very the sms send to old mobile as i lost it and no access to that. Please advise how can i change the OTP to email instead.

Are you porting old number to PM? You would have trouble to receive the port authorization text from your old mobile provider if you lost your phone. You need to call your old provider and ask them
For PM 2FA, the first verification text cannot be changed to email (only after you verified with sms, then subsequent 2FA text can use email or voicemail to receive). So, leave the login My Account for now, focus on working with the porting. After the number is ported, your PM esim will receive calls and text and you will receive 2fa

There should be an option that says "Didn't Get Code?". Click on that and choose the Email option if it's there. If it's not there, then please create a ticket for assistance.
