I submitted a ticket before C/S opened today. After 6 hours of silence I submitted a DM to them quoting the ticket number and the issue. Still deafening silence. Has anyone experienced short/normal wait times today?

lol, I'm without service for 24 hours now due to their system errors and they can't even get back to me either.
I don’t think so they will respond today must be over loaded due to promotion
