During the transfer/porting process was asked for Account Number, however Chatr doesn't provide a number readily. However, I found a way and got an 18 digit account number from Chatr, which wasn't accepted in the web form of Public Mobile, so I had to share my IMEI number, which I did.
Now, after replying YES to the first message, I received the following message :
"Hey, it's Public Mobile. We're having trouble transferring your number. Looks like you entered an incorrect ESN/MEID. Someone from our team will contact you shortly using your original phone number or the alternate number provided."
I read on this community that no one is going to reach out, so I submitted a ticket with all the details and now await the porting process completion. Unfortunately, it's Saturday night today, Sunday is a business holiday and I can't wait till Monday morning as I'm expecting a few critical calls(unexpected at the time of activation) on Monday.
Kindly suggest a solution.

Same problem when I was porting from chatr. And i cannot even submit a ticket now. Lmk if you get the solution.

I've raised a ticket separately, tried calling the Porting team but "they're unable to take the call due to unforeseen circumstances"
