I purchased one add-on service for 5G however, Your public mobile website have made duplicate payment for two separate add-on service for 5G. $20 + duplicate payment error $20 = total $40 charged to my credit card. I tried to reach out via ‘start a chat’ but chatbot rejected my request to proceed for refund request for the duplicate payment. Do they even have a channel to refund, I feel this error is a scam.

There has been a lot of confusion with the 50% promo. From what I understand is that you will be charge for the full price of the plan plus taxes. A credit will be applied into your account on your next renewal date.
If the link to a CS_Agent didn’t work. Try clicking on the Chat icon then type in ‘Submit a Ticket’ and Contact.

Working hours daily between 9-10 pm est. They will explain if there was indeed a double charge and if they will credit your account. In order for two charges to be approved, the process would need to be purchased twice in 2 separate transactions.
Did you check the Available Funds sections on the main page.
