50% off sale is not applied

Hi, I activated new connection of 50% sale of $40 ( after discount $20 ) but it charged me twice and next payment is showing $45 . Please fix it

I'm have the exact same issue. Its been a few days not one word from anyone and no changes to my account. Twp charges on my credit card for $22.60
