Hi. I had a problem with my subscription payment, the transfer went through but I don't have an active subscription. Please help.

I activated the new account via the app, but my account is on hold even though I have already paid for the first month's subscription and the SIM card while ordering.

are you activating new account and got the issue, or you are existing customer trying to renew your subscription?
