Hi so my subscription was suppose to end on sept 23rd which I already requested to port my number out to another carrier 2 days ago, but for some reason it’s still in progress, now I was just automatically charged for renewing my subscription, can you please look into it and start a refund?

Porting to another carrier is all on the new carrier, not on the carrier you are leaving.

Public Mobile will not refund you for the renewal. It might have been in your best interest to have turned off the subscription or remove the auto pay particulars ahead of time.

Perhaps seek compensation from the new carrier for the amount you were charged.
