I requested a refund and it was confirmed. It’s more than 2 weeks and I’m wondering why my refund hasn’t been given yet. Wanna make sure it’s in the process of coming in.

It's a crappy thing with corporations. They'll take your money in a flash. But they'll take their sweet time giving it back. It used to be said here that refunds could take over a month which would take it past a renewal and so just leave the money there.

@Katarzyna   did you talk to support again?  we are just customers here in the forum so we really cannot help much with refund.  Please reply on the same message you had with support and ask for update with the refund status
