My payment is not processing. It's an issue on your websites end not with my bank or the card I'm trying to register. When I use the chat bot to try and connect to someone to process my payment it sends me to a page with a 404 error.
How do I get in contact with someone to help?

HI @Kaializ if you can wait. Wait a hour first and try again , using Incogito/Private/Secret mode, or try using *611 if you know the 4 digits PIN
and submit ticket with CS agent if it still does not work, message them at:

If you need the service back ASAP, get a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or Shell, then load the voucher via *611
