Hello I need support for my number.
I was out of country for a year and while outside, my credit card was cancelled. Due to which my payments were not going through and I suspect my Public Mobile number got disconnected. I came back, but I'm unable to log back into my account. I need my number back as it's linked to a lot of services. I still have the old sim card. Can you please get my old number back or let me know what are the steps required to get it done urgently? Thanks a lot.
Regards,

I tried with the old sim. It says public mobile and shows my old number under settings of Android SIM Manager. But getting error of Not registered on network.

Yes, I believe so too. I signed up again with Public mobile with an e-sim and a new number...Hope I can now transfer my old number to this new account.

@darkblood You should remove your personal information as this is a public website for anyone to see. You can edit your post by clicking on the v in a circle top right. Do you have any idea how long ago your payments may have stopped? If it is too long your number may be lost.
To contact support as suggested send a private message to

No one answers at the number. The IVR can't find it. It would seem it's dead. It belongs to Telus.
So yes get a sim and sign up with a random number (or at least a second choice) and then ask support to see if they can retrieve the number for you.

dial 611 from your cell to see if the cell plan hasn't been closed for good. If so, you need a new sim to start a new account.
