Hi there, I am permanently locked out of the app. Password resets do not work, app is locked to biometrics and that doesn't work. Tried everything 20 times over the course of the last week. Please fully reset my access so I can see and change my payment info!!! Also my phone number still shows up as weird, it's not the number I ported in and use today. Please delete this old phone number permanently.

I can imagine how frustrated you are at this point. To contact a customer service agent, please submit a ticket. Just know it can be up to 72 hours as they are dealing with a TON of issues with regards to services.

HI @MeganMighty
some people able to reset the password using Incognit/private/secret mode on the browser and use the same mode to log back in. Please wait an hour and try again
if that does not help, please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
