Hi.
I purchase the phone during the black Friday sales and within the time eligible for the $30 credit for future 6 month which the credit will start applying to me on/after Jan 5, 2023. I haven't see any update or credit to my account. Did anyone else start getting the $5 credit for the 1st month of 6th months yet?
Or Do i need to wait longer ?
Or Do i need to contact to contact to CSA for detail?

@Meowington we got the friend referral $5 x 5 months last Friday, so, your credit should start coming too, I think
do you use the same email address to buy the phone as your My Account?
Open ticket with PM Support to have them confirm if they have your name/email on the list
