Hello,
Can you adjust my billing and refund back credit as i was charged for two activate plans ..I changed my plan and was also charged for the previous one.

It's best to get details before making changes here. Public is pre paid so if you make a change you will be automatically charged for the new plan unless you choose to change at your next billing date. This is not explained clearly on the website / change plan page.
You can ask for a refund but I doubt they will issue one.

By any change, did you make a request to perform an immediate plan change today? If you that was done, the charges are correct as there are no refunds for partially used plans.
If no such immediate plan change was requetsed, please open a ticket using the chatbot.
