@CURTIS13 Sounds like you're on the discontinued $13 (previously $10) plan which after 15% HST comes to $14.95 payment.
PM has retired their legacy loyalty/autopay rewards and you will now earn points instead and will have to pay full amount of your plan cost plus tax each cycle. You will earn 5% for payments each cycle and receive 10 points ($10) annually. Once you reach 15 points, they can be manually redeemed for $15 account credit from the Rewards portal.

Look in payment history and see what it says that charge is for.
Also what plan do you have? That amount does not really look to be the price of any current plan, but if you have an older one or you had a credit on your account?

Well @CURTIS13, if you are a Public Mobile customer, it’s very likely for Public Mobile services.
If you’re looking at the payment breakdown of charges on your account, these charges are sometimes separated into service/data components as part of the overall plan cost
So you could be seeing a breakdown cost, and the partial amounts are confusing. The sum of the two parts should total your plan cost (minus any rewards left over if you were on the legacy reward plan and/or you had an available balance carried over from your last cycle)
If the above description does not help, you can ask Public Mobile employees to consider your question by contacting them as follows:
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

@CURTIS13 We are just customers like you in this community and cannot access your account so we either need more information ( not identifiable since this is a public page viewable by all) or you need to submit a ticket to customer service at the chat icon bottom right of this page.
