Open the app, go to payment, select Update Card information, then enter your card number, expire data, CVV, postal code

click on the orange bubble bottom right side of page to start process of Customer Support to change your cc number.

if that doesn't work, use this link to message Customer Support. Give them as much acct info as you have ie: cell #, acct #, name on acct, PM pin #...etc.
