How does one cancel a plan? I've tried everything their 'bot' tells me but the information is not accurate. Thank you.

generally you just need to login My Account and disable Autopay so PM cannot renew the account anymore
login My Account, go to Payment-> Manage Subscription and disable Subscribed there
if you cannot login My Account, you can message PM and ask for help with that, ask them to remove the credit card from the file. You will need to message them here:

To "cancel" the plan, you can either port out your number to another provider and your account will be closed upon successful port out of the number
Or you can disable the toggle "Subscribed" to disable Pre-Authorized payment instead. Once it is disabled, PM will not be able to renew your account on your next renewal , your account will then be suspended on that day and 90 more days, it will be closed
