NO ONE WILL CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AND THEY HIDE THE LINK TO MY FILES SO THAT I CAN NEVER CANCEL OR EVEN FIND MY ACCOUNT NUMBER... THEY ARE GOOD AT THIS SO YOU CANNOT CANCEL. I AM GOING TO HAVE TO CANCEL FROM MY VISA ACCOUNT AND REMOVE THEM FROM THAT END

Customers cannot remove the credit card by going into the Self Serve account. Only a Public Mobile customer support agent can do that.

No one except you really actually needs to do anything. You just need to stop renewing. You can do that by asking support to cancel the service. You can login and turn off the subscription (autopay). If you know your 4 digit account pin then you can dial 611 or 1-855-4pu-blic and turn off autopay there. You could also pause your credit card before the next renewal and then unpause afterwards. These would all stop the renewal from happening and then your account would suspend and then a few months later it will fully disappear.

PM is self serve online service so you need to login to your account and disable subscription (AutoPay) and remove to CC info.
Or port your number to another carrier and it will automatically cancel your PM subscription.
You can reverse your CC charges but you will be Blacklist from PM and maybe Telus or Koodo.

Your Public Mobile account number isn't needed to close the account. Public Mobile customer service will remove the credit card immediately from your Public Mobile acount upson requets. Please send a pirvate message to the username CS_Agent.
