Hi there,
It has been about a week since I have switched to Public Mobile (porting my existing number with Chatr), yet i'm still unable to send/receive calls/texts/ Can you please assist?

make sure you remove the old sim card, or if old one is eSIM, please disable it
and Reboot phone and Reset network settings
but if you still cannot make and receive calls, it is a sim provisioning problem. Please ask PM to help
Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket. So, you will need to message them here:
