Buying a new phone

I was wondering if I buy a new phone would my SIM card for public mobile work in the new phone ?

You'll also want to make sure that the phone has at least 850 and 1900MHz 3g frequencies.  Without that, voice services will not work at all.  The phone being from Telus or being unlocked is also a necessity.

Depends on what size your current sim is.  If it is currently a nano sim and you get a phone that is micro sim you would either need a new sim or an adapter.  The new SIMS are a triple punch so they ahve all 3 sizes of sims in one. But to go from a smaller sim to a larger sim you would need an adapter.
