I was wondering if you need a new SIM card how would you get one ? Would you just order from public mobile and they ship it to you ?

Ordering through PM can be pretty quick as well, depending on where you're located.

Keep in mind that some customers have reported problems purchasing a sim card from retail locations. If you actually do need one now, going to a store would definitely be faster, assuming that you can find one that sell you one. However, if this is just a hypothetic question or you want a spare, I would just order it online.

That is an option, or you can visit the retailers that sell sims for Public Mobile like Walmart, London Drugs, Wow Mobile. Check out this thread https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-started
If you are out West and have a london Drugs by you if you activate with them by July $26 you will get a $20 bill credit on your first renewal
