I would like to change my plan to the $34. plan but it says new activations only . I have read talk to an agent they are able to do this . I called talked to an agent . He told me i had to go to community and an agent will help me here i am help

That is most strange you would be told this. The community cannot help you with this. We are all clients just like you.

@Chuck16 Best to ask support they can some times help ,myself and other have got this plan just by asking
