Hello!
I signed up 3 family members new to Public Mobile for the Boxing week promo (get your second month FREE plus 5GB of data when you activate on select plans). It is now March 1st and my husband still doesn't see the extra 5GB on his plan. We followed all the proper steps when singing up...does anyone know anything about this?

If it has been more than 30 days since activation and you still have not received it contact a moderator.
Contact a moderator (Public Mobile representative) for assistance:
(second option below is easiest to submit a ticket)

did he get the 2nd month free? if so, he is for sure eligible and just missed.
open a ticket with Mod to get that sorted out:
1. For faster response (2 to 48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right corner and request moderator assistance, or you can also use this direct link instead https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/, then select Account-specific issue, then select I need a human now. Follow the prompts to submit a ticket.
