Bought the 200 mins long distance...and it's not showing up in my account

I did a bit of a search, and I don't have 8$ in "Available Funds"

and the long distance add-on isn't showing up in the add-on section

I bought the add-on on August 9th

@ArisingPeace Did you check on the overview page under Add-on section? If you see your data but not the LD add-on, send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your ph# and account#. They will get back to you shortly.

buying an add-on is a two step process. you buy it first, which gets money from your card. then you buy it again using the loaded money. Did you do that?
