Bought data add on not working

Hello! I purchased an add on of 3gb of data and it’s not working, I can’t use my data at all.

@Chalupa_Batman  Perhaps Public Mobile needs to update their website?

I don't know why, because it is kind of misleading, but on the Shop page those are listed as top add-ons, not all add-ons.   I think we all look at the top add-ons without necessarily thinking to log in and go to the full list or realizing it is different.  I know I did at first.

Yes, there is also the 3GB data add-on for Canada for $30

I just wish to confirm a few things here. Did you purchase a data addon to use in Canada or the US? The data add on in Canada is only 1GB at $15. The US add on which is used only in the United States is 3GB at $25. That is meant for roaming in the United States. So, with that being said, which did you purchase and the intent?

EDIT: Thanks to an unnamed source, 😉 , there is a 3GB data addon for Canada. 

Perhaps Public Mobile needs to update their website?

Did you buy the correct Data add-on?  

Make sure you don't have any data limiter set, disable it.  then reboot phone and try again

If still fail, please open ticket with PM support:
