It's so hard to get in touch with Public Mobile other than the community forum. Anyways, I don't know if my problem will be solved through this message. Someone from PUBLIC mobile, Please help resolve my problem. I bough 250mb data on July 11, 2022 and paid through my CC $.5.65.............WHERE IS MY DATA.........

In the old self service account, purchasing a data add on is a two step process. Need to load the fund (ten this case $5) into available funds and then 2nd step is to purchase the add on.
Do you see $5 in your available funds? If you do see $5, then purchase the add on again. In the future, in the new My account page, it is a one step process.
If you don't see the $5 in your available fund, it might be worth screenshot your payment history page. That would offer valuable information.

@JayNas-99 hi buying an add on is a 2 step process, first you put money in your account which I think you did now go back in and buy the add on

@JayNas-99 go back and check if the money is still sitting at Available Fund.
In the old My Account, buying addon is a 2 steps process. Load fund and then need to go back and buy Likly the money just loaded in the account and wasn't used to buy the data yet
