Is it true that PM can/will retract 'bonus' points given to accounts that have moved over to points voluntarily?
According to CS_Agent Nataly, customers who received bonus points will have them removed. This did happen to one person I know, but not me (yet).

That's interesting 🤔. Have to wait and see. The issue that I find with some businesses is that there's no set standards, and everyone does something different. Where there are standards; they are not adhered to.
