Bonus international long distance minutes

I have 2 minutes deducted from my 500 International long distance bonus minutes but I don’t recall calling anywhere outside of Canada. Is there a way of looking up when the call was made & to what number?

You can check up to 90 days of usage in your self service account.  If it is more than 90 days when that call was made, you are unable to find out.

HI @Bill_Mc please check your usage log on My Account for outgoing minutes

Also, if you are on the $15 plan, then if you ever used up the minute and continue calling Canada, it will deduct the minutes form that bonus LD minutes

or even you are not on $15 plan, if you ever called US number, those bonus minutes will be used
