Hi community,
I logged in to my account to see if there would be any exclusive plans available to me. To my surprise, this appears to be the case. Does anybody else have this?

HI @ericw604
NO, you won't get the money back as credit either. Sorry, it's PM policy. Schedule the plan change instead, and hope the plan still there or they will honour

If I just paid for my 90 day plan and I switch to this immediately, will it credit my account (not looking for a refund) and use that or will it just keep that money and charge me the new plan and amount today - as it all sounds like
Just wanted to make sure...

I consider myself cheap with phone plans. I have been comfortable with the $25 plan for how I use my phone. I passed on the $55 20GB student offer a few months ago, though it was good value for a customer with that kind of a budget. $40 for 15GB is good value for those of us who did not jump on that offer. I scheduled my renewal without any issues. Thank you Public Mobile for modelling a plan that is reasonably economical and suited for existing customers!

@Yummy- It's not an offer per se. It's a plan that we can all pick up. New or old. The 12gb you brought up is only for new activations. But that's not what the OP had asked about.

Nice copy / paste though 😉
Just because OP received this offer it does NOT mean it includes existing customers. Unless i see it in writing (which I do not) that it is valid for current SIM holders I would check twice or thrice before switching.
This 'extra' plan is not listed as available plans. I do not see it on my account nor in email nor though SMS as offer so some tricks are at play at PM. Maybe 'special' customers do get this offer similar to 'special' interested rates at Tangerine...

Corrected. For new activations, I don't see why they couldn't get 15+12 (for a year).

@dust2dustI totally missed that post. It's buried down with the typical questions and issues. I'm glad to see this back up top!
@YummyIt would be pretty cool if new customers could sign up for the above plan with the 12 GB offer. I'm glad that existing customers have something to take advantage of at the moment!

@Yummy- Where was the 12gb promo mentioned? The OP was just asking if anybody else had seen this new plan.

HI @mitchnet12 although it has nothing to do with the bonus 12GB offer (that is for new activations only), this $40 15GB plan seems to be real.
Just wonder if anyone changed to that plan yet to confirm

That is legitimate offer.
BUT I do not think it is for existing customers as per small print:

A couple other threads already talking about it. Seems user darlicious found it first.
