When I signed up last month I was awarded 10gb bonus data, but it’s doesn’t show up on my profile. I chose the 50gb plan because there was a 10gb bonus offer. Any idea why it’s not showing up?

yes, Quebec has different plan
QC plan need residency confirmation with Credit card. So,did you activated with a credit card that registered to a QC address?
if you did use a card linked to QC address, you might see that extra 10GB data under My Promotions section. And if you cannot find it anywhere, check with support, please open ticket with PM support:

@Niklausf was this a Quebec only offer? Are you in Quebec?
I recall seeing an offer for a bonus offer a few weeks ago. When you signed up, did your credit card and address register as a Quebec resident?
If so, use the chatbot to create a ticket and ask an agent to look into it for you if the bonus does not appear.

There is no such thing as bonus data with Public Mobile. Whatever plan you sign up with, that is the data you get. Are you getting confused with the $10 discount?
