I never received my bonus SIM card. I would like to find out how i can get a second sent out as i know someone who would like to take advantage of it.

Remember to give your referral code to the other person so they will get $10 credit on their second month bill and you will get $1/1 point credit.
If you need a referral for the $10 credit or n your bill. Any members here will give you if you ask.😉

if you are customer, open ticket with PM using Chatbot
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
