I am having a list of problems
1. My original account go locked out. Waited for days and still can't get in.
2. Therefore could not register my new sim so created a new profile
3. Now my new sim is not working. My phone registers it being a public mobile network but I'm getting no signals.
How can I ever talk to Someone who can help?

Open a ticket with CS to regain access to the locked account:
Pretty sure this link is a specific link for one time use. Once it is used to open a ticket , it won't work again.
I suggest to post the proper way to go to chatbot: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot

Open a ticket with CS to regain access to the locked account:
Chat with Public Mobile (tiia.ai)
If you have indeed opened a second account (which you called "profile"?), you'll have to open another ticket to sort out the problem (did you try to port the old number to the new SIM?)

A new Self Serve account cannot be created unless you activate a brand new Public Mobile account with a new phone number. Is that what you did? Howver, if you activated a new Pubic Mobile account, the lockout of the original account would be unrelated to any of these issues.

Are you trying to use a new Self Serve account to swap your service to a new SIM card? That can't be done. You would need to regain access to your original account to peform this task.
