Can I block data from my Public Mobile Account (not from my device). The reason for blocking data from account level is because I am using another eSIM with 5G data as a secondary SIM on my Samsung S21 phone. Now my Samsung phone first uses data from my primary SIM first (which is Public Mobile SIM), before using data from secondary SIM (whcih is 5G data SIM)

why can't you set 5G sim as primary? I think calls to your PM sim would still work. Even it is not, you can call forward your PM voice calls to your 5G sim phone number

@bramptonian is that a US model? Look like this is the reason Preferred sim settings is not there (look like Canadian model has that removed as well)
That's samsung DSDS implementation in USA , if you are in US. You won't get separate options for data and call

@bramptonian - look under your SIM card manager to find this option and get the settings you require.

@bramptonian there should be setting on your phone to select which sim card for data

While I'm not using a Samsung S21, I have a basic dual SIM phone on Android 11. I can adjust in the network settings which SIM is used for which task... I have set talk and text to SIM1 (Public Mobile $15 plan) and data on SIM2.

There isn't any blocking of data option at the account level. You can disable mobile data using the device settings for the Public Mobile service.
