I have had two payments taken out of my bank account for 28.75 each. The first was on May 31, and the second was on June 6. My husband Earl Towriss had a payment taken out on May 2, for 23.00, but has not had anymore since. Could this

Please note that PM is on a 30 days cycle and not a monthly cycle so the payment for May 2 for $23.00 is under the old Legacy Rewards and the charge for $28.75 on May 31 is under the Points Rewards for the same account.
The other $28.75 on June 6 is for the other account under the Points Rewards.
I hope this makes sense.

So, your husband's account with one payment was correct but yours shouldn't be two transactions? Did you make a plan change on Jun 6 ? if you didn't , ask support agent to check further
