Billing question regarding koodo switch

My wife and I switch to the  koodo offer.  Her PM line was just renewed within the last week and I have not really realize that before switching.

is that fee lost or are we able to get a partial refund consideration .

Two accounts I never asked about conjoining them there in two different names my wife's and mine I'm guessing it would be tricky to do the port but not impossible

I kind of figured that just thought I'd ask. I'll have to keep a closer eye on when things go in and out of my bank 😞

I didn't notice the $100 credit mentioned during the signup. I'm guessing that'll show when the first bill comes in. Both my lines got the $40/5g

Just curious - did you set up both lines as separate Koodo accounts or just one account with an added line?

It's very easy to lose the $100 to stranded usage.  @rmacgregor9, I hope you took advantage of the Koodo referral system to get some extra funds to offset the transition costs.  Usually customer service will waive the SIM card fee if paid.

the fee is lost.  that is why there is a $100 migration bonus to offset the forfeited time that was paid for
