@jqin1313 You should delete your personal information immediately to avoid getting targeted by scammers as you're posting on an open public forum to anyone with internet connection to view. Click the down arrow top right of your post and select edit to modify your post.
If you've changed to a 90 day payment plan, then the full rewards will only be available after completing the first 90 days cycle as far as I'm aware, however, you should be have received any rewards due for the past 30 day payment cycle.

First, check your payment history for any add-ons, etc. If there are none, please contact an agent using the following link. We are also customers so it is best not to share personal information unless you are talking to an agent.
