It did surprised me first time I signed cc notifications on two charges.them I learned myself just a pending one.

Indeed @yackinlyn , it's quite normal for some companies charges to pend for up to several days before they 'settle' into an authorized charge.
The real tell here will be whether @sallyphilips payment history on their self-serve shows 2 separate payments on 2 consecutive days. If this is the case, the 2nd payment may very well display under their Available Funds (and can then be used as a 'prepayment' towards their next renewal)

How's your payment history looks like?the comment is correct, I normally get two notifications,one pending one actual.

Is it possible you're viewing 2 charges on your credit card statement, one pending, and the other authorized?
Typically, these 'pending' charges fall off and only one remains as authorized.
To ensure, check your Payments tab in self-serve to see if only a payment equaling your plan amount was extracted.
