Hi,
I placed an order for a Public Mobile SIM card yesterday, and I have been charged $33.6 for the SIM and the monthly plan.
I have spent several hours trying to find answers and have been completely unable to reach any customer support.
This service experience is extremely frustrating and frankly, makes me feel sickened.
I have not received or activated the SIM card, and no service has been used.
I would like to request a full refund for both the SIM card and the monthly plan.

Public Mobile misjudged the popularity of the current 50% offer. The system overloaded and now the Customer Support folks are swamped trying to keep up with issues related to the offer. If you can find patience, I'm certain they'll be able to address your initial problem or get a refund processed.

it could take 3 weeks or so for the sim to arrive via Canada Post. If your cell is esim capable, you can just buy an esim ($5) and activate your plan immediately. The current 50% off promo is a great opportunity to get cheap talk/text/data for a couple of years.
