Hello:

 

I have activated my Public Mobile service on may 05, 2021.

I was supposed to get 1st month free of charge from a flash sale promotion 

But, I am still being charge for the 1st month

See attached screen shots, how do I get this rectified ?

You're not the first person to have noticed/asked this.

 

In prior similar promotions, Public Mobile clearly indicated on the promotion page "second month free". 

 

It seems they have decided to remove that indication and use the current indication, which has led to some confusion unless folks take the time to read the fine print.

 

You will receive a credit equal to your plan amount within 60 days of your activation date.

The promotion you activated under is offering your third month free. The credit will be applied within the next 60 days. Check your entire confirmation email for the details of the promotion.

You have to pay for your first billing period and then you will receive a credit for your next billing period.

 @liewcheehaui : A little keyword in there ... "one"...not first month. The promo is that you'll get a credit of your starting plan before your second renewal...so it will be your third month free.
