Hi There. In my family we have 3 people using public mobile all on 15$ monthly plan. Recently two of the users were given deal of upgrading to 25$ / 5GB plan but third one didn't get it. Any idea how can the third user also be made available the same deal.

Here's a copy of their response when I asked....

The system is the one that target and send the messages to specific numbers, as this offer is tailored in this way, we have none possibilities to intervene and have it manually added.

it is a targeted offer.

They had one end of Aug, and another one end of Sept.  Some people didn't get it in the first round ad got it on the 2nd round.  So, the account that didn't receive the offer might have it on next round (hopefully more rounds coming)

good question that I've asked myself. The CSA told me they cannot change my plan to that offer ...you have to wait until the offer is made to your cellphone. I know...doesn't make sense...but there it is.

Sadly these are targeted offers. If all three of you got your plan at the exact same time, then one would assume all three would get the offer. I am 100% positive a CS Agent will not be able to do anything. You can try, but they won't help. Let us know what happens.
