I started the port at 9 am , it’s 5 pm and I have lost my bell service and didn’t get a sms msg…
I also tried to open a support ticket getting a 404 error
can someone guide me how I can get this done.

Was there any explanation as how you lost your bell service without recieving and responding to the PAT ( porting authorization text)? Thx
